Client Service Manager/Receptionist

• Provide customer service support and serve as a point of contact for wealth management clients of a financial planning firm.
• Process and oversee all aspects of client relationship: opening accounts, account maintenance, requests for funds, and account transfers/rollovers and maintain client contact database.
• Direct incoming phone calls and greet/assist clients entering office.
• Assist with processing and mailing of completed tax returns.
• Must have a friendly and engaging personality and enjoy multi-tasking. High attention to detail and accuracy required. Must have excellent communication skills.
• College degree and 3+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
